TWO LIMITED EDITIONS OF "FACTORY" MOTORCYCLES

When Brough Superior's know-how borders on the masterpiece, the result is the Ultimate limited series. Brough Superior Motorcycles, with its experience in machining new engine cases for Aston Martin motorcycles, has decided to put these exceptional mechanical parts at the heart of a series of motorcycles, 19 per model.
In the classic range, the iconic S.S.100 has been chosen to house the sublime 1000 twin-cylinder (997 cm3 to be exact) with aluminum blocks cut from the mass thanks to the new 5-axis machining center that is running at full speed at Brough Superior's headquarters in Toulouse. 19 examples will be manufactured in a numbered series that is immediately recognizable by the silver stripe running down the sides of the tank.
The same shiny silver foil under the varnish of the Lawrence, the second model designated to represent the Ultimate series, this time in the modern range of Brough Superior.

 

CNC MACHINED ENGINES MANUFACTURED IN-HOUSE

Brough Superior has taken a new step in its development by allowing its customers to opt for the new CNC machined engine instead of the traditional foundry block. Brough Superior has been running a production line at its Toulouse plant for engines manufactured using its new 5-axis machining unit, alongside the assembly of traditional engines.
"We offer this solution to our customers as an additional option", explains Albert Castaigne, General Manager of Brough Superior Motorcycles. The architecture and displacement of the 997cc engine remain unchanged.
Developed for the production needs of the new Aston Martin AMB 001 Pro, the CNC machined engine fits perfectly into the new Dagger or Lawrence models, but can also be used in the classic range, if the design of the CNC machined block suits the buyer’s taste. INTRODUCING THE NEW LAWRENCE NPC

THE NPC SERIES

The NPC series, named from an exceptional surface treatment: Nickel Phosphate Electro-deposition. Originally developed for the aerospace industry to protect reactor and rocket engine components, this extremely fine electro-deposition process hardens and shields parts while imparting a subtle, refined golden hue. A curated selection of the machine’s signature components—across both chassis and engine—features this exclusive treatment. This warm shade of grey harmonizes naturally with the tones of titanium, the subtly golden reflections of the latter’s high-tech Nickel Phosphate treatment, which recalls the nickel plating of the Brough Superior fuel tanks, a finish commonly used in the 1920s before the development of chrome plating.
