Brough Superior Workshop: Behind the scenes with our designer
A Brough Superior motorcycle is coveted as a one-in-a-million, timeless, elegant work of engineering art. Since the brand’s inception, Brough Superior has distinguished itself by its extraordinary mechanical performance, allowing them to break countless world records for top speeds. However, unrivaled style - imbued with luxury and adventure – is what truly sets a Brough apart from its contemporaries. In our workshop based in Toulouse, France, the designer is responsible for inventing new models that raise the bar to this legendary brand’s original models and is a proud custodian of George Brough’s legacy.
The designer’s role at Brough Superior
At Brough Superior’s workshop, new motorcycles are constantly being created. The designer plays a pivotal role throughout the entire creative process, from hand drawn sketches, to clay modeling and 3D renderings. They also work on bespoke projects, from specialized finishing touches (color and trim) to completely tailor-made motorcycles. Their work begins when they receive the engineers’ ideas and plans. The structural elements provided by the engineers allow the designer to craft a breathtaking yet fundamentally sound 3D rendering of our future Brough Superior motorcycles.
